Join us every Mondays 7.30pm & 8.30pm
The classes will focus on fitness based kickboxing combinations, teaching you the foundations of punching and kicking, padwork and building your strength and confidence.
It will run for 1 hour, with the same structure each week:
This group exercise programme is for all levels of fitness.
No experience necessary, just come along, have some fun and learn some awesome new skills.
I am limiting the class to 20 spaces to ensure everyone gets a fair amount of attention.
The Sky Light Centre, 49 Corsica Street, London N5 1JT
The building is a self-contained hall so nobody else will be moving around the space while we are using it. The hall is on the ground floor. There are 2 gender neutral toilets (2 steps up to toilets).
I am a personal trainer who’s passion lies in empowering people to feel strong and capable.
I have been training for PinkBelt since 2019.
I came to my passion for training later in life when I fell in love with a sport called Roller Derby, which I played competitively for 6 years. During that time I learned to train myself and my team.
Unfortunately I broke my leg (twice!), which forced me to make a decision to leave the sport I loved so dearly. I decided to take everything I learned in that time, the ability to tap into a strength that empowered me to like myself in a way I didn’t understand was possible, and share it with others.
Through that journey I discovered Kickboxing and found it tapped into that same strength and empowerment.
So here I am sharing it with you.

At the Skylight Centre, 49 Corsica Street N5 1JT (Just 5mins walk from Highbury & Islington station)
The minimum age for these classes is 18 but if you are younger than this and interested in a class, email annie@annieceleste.com. If there is demand for it, I will do my best to provide it.
Initially, you’ll learn all the basic punches and kicks, as well as how to work with pads for a great workout. Once you’re more confident with the basics, we’ll build to tougher combinations.
Not only will you build your strength, flexibility and endurance, but kickboxing is great for your mental health and stress relief.
